The Entrepreneur Education Center Inc. (EECI) is committed to fostering
entrepreneurial spirit and success within the community through its Adult Startup and Expansion Business Plan Development Program. This comprehensive initiative is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to launch and grow their businesses effectively.

Designed for 20 students per class, each participant completes approximately 100 hours of service, culminating in the development of essential business deliverables, including an Executive Summary, Startup Mechanics, Management Team structure, Target Area analysis, Marketing Plan, Financial Plan, and Future projections. Recognizing the importance of holistic development, the curriculum incorporates “Life Skill Courses,” emphasizing that a well-crafted business plan can serve as a roadmap for both personal and professional lives. Through an introduction to Small Business and
Entrepreneurship, young adults are presented with college options and career
pathways, fostering a culture of innovation and enterprise.
